I had this yummy dinner one night and it was A-Mazing! Here is how I incorporated the vegetable for the month of April, Asparagus:
- Steamed purple & cheddar cauliflower
- Lightly sauteed asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper
- Rosemary sourdough toast
- Butternut squash soup
- And salad greens with blackberries and cherry tomatoes.
