Hey Citrus Life Crew! The vegetable for the month is asparagus! I WUV asparagus. I often will steam it, then shock it in some cold water to keep it crunchy, and stop it from cooking. Then I will add an organic sunny side up egg. Toss on a tiny bit of salt, pepper, olive oil, and enjoy the gooey goodness. Just remember, when you are purchasing your asparagus bunch, the tips should be a beautiful purple and tight as shown above.
