Headed to the gym and did my pre and post workout stretch in the sauna. That’s always the best part. The heat relaxes and helps loosens your muscles for a deeper stretch. I stay munching on my kind bars. I usually only have one right after my workout for protein. This is going to sound gross but before my workout, I was eating scrambled eggs and driving to the gym. Well, the eggs were still in the car after my workout….and hey, yeah, I finished them. I’m used to cold food at this point.
