300 Day Kettle Bell Challenge; Day One

Hey guys!!!! So I have joined People Magazine's 2012 Alumni and 2013 All-Star, Marge Lyse for her 300 Kettle-bell Challenge. That's 300 per day! I am doing 100 swings 3x per day. I would LOVE for you guys to join us in her challenge. It's super simple to do from home and even in the office. Post photos or video of what your Kettle-Bell workout looks like.
